The Customer Service (actually twitter monitoring) department of **&* called. They then promised resolution by 4:00 pm EDT tomorrow (102.5 hours after original order). Then when asked for clarification, they clarified that their “promise” was not, in fact a promise. So I asked, “So what I’m hearing is that nothing was done today, and that you can’t promise anything?” And then the said “Yes”, and then clarified that their “Yes” didn’t mean “Yes”. Now about 82 hours since start of the issue. This should be a French theatre piece by Eugene Ionesco.
